Dawn Phelps has extensive experience in financial management and leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at National Medical Fellowships, Inc. since September 2024. Prior roles include Chief Financial Officer at Naples Botanical Garden and Seniors First, Inc., as well as Vice President/CFO at Tampa Metro YMCA. Dawn has also owned and operated a franchise and worked as an accountant and finance director in various organizations, demonstrating a strong capability in budget development, fiscal management, and compliance reporting. With a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Purdue Global, Dawn possesses a solid educational foundation supporting a robust career in finance.
