Aliece Watts

Aliece Watts has extensive work experience in the field of forensic science and quality control. Aliece started their career at the Fort Worth Police Crime Lab in 1989, where they served as the DNA Technical Supervisor until 2002. Aliece then worked at the University of Texas at Arlington as an Instructor from 2002 to 2008. From 2006 to 2013, they held the position of Quality Director at Integrated Forensic Laboratories, LLC, overseeing various forensic analysis services. Since 2013, they have been the Quality Director - Criminalistics at NMS Labs, responsible for regulatory compliance and quality issues across multiple locations. Aliece also holds the position of ASCLD/LAB International Auditor and has been involved in teaching forensic science topics.

Aliece Watts obtained a Master of Science degree in Biology from The University of Texas at Arlington between 1997 and 1999. Additionally, they obtained a certification in Molecular Biology from the American Board of Criminalistics in May 2010.
