Lawrence Butler

Lawrence Butler has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Medical Specialist in the United States Army from 1989 to 1995. Following this, they worked as a Fermentation Associate at North American Vaccine until 1997. Lawrence then joined Human Genome Sciences, where they worked as a Process Engineer I/II from 1997 to 2003 and later as a Marketing Analyst from 2003 to 2004. From 2004 to 2006, they worked as a Market Specialist at Adjuvant and a Product Manager/BD Specialist at Cambrex BioScience. Lawrence then moved on to work as a Marketing Manager at Digene from 2006 to 2009. In 2010, Lawrence became the National Director of Marketing and Sales at the Blood Center of Wisconsin, where they implemented successful national outreach laboratory strategies and grew revenue progressively. After that, they worked as a Marketing Manager at the Diagnostic Labs and then as the Director of New Product Development at NMS Labs, both in 2015. Currently, they are working as a Consultant at Senseonics, Incorporated, starting from March 2017.

Lawrence Butler obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Maryland in 1995. Lawrence then pursued a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from the University of Maryland College until 2001. Later, from 2004 to 2006, they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School. In the same period, they also obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from The Johns Hopkins University in 2007.
