Emily Yeiser Stepp has a wealth of experience in the dairy industry, ranging from overseeing dairy initiatives to managing young sire genetic programs. With a background in Dairy Science and Animal Sciences, Emily has held various positions where Emily has excelled in coordinating dairy and beef extension programs, managing on-farm resource programs, and advocating for program priorities in the dairy industry. Currently serving as the Executive Director of The National Dairy FARM Program, Emily continues to make significant contributions to the dairy industry.
