Rich Nolan

Rich Nolan is a seasoned professional in government affairs and political advocacy, currently serving as President & CEO of the National Mining Association since March 2006, after holding the position of Senior Vice President of Government and Political Affairs within the same organization. Previously, Rich Nolan served as Senior Vice President for Government Affairs at CropLife America and worked as a Government Relations Consultant at Ball Janik LLP. Additional experience includes roles as Director of Congressional Affairs at the American Forest & Paper Association and Legislative Director for the U.S. House of Representatives. Rich Nolan also has a background with the National Republican Senatorial Committee as an Economist and has held various roles within the U.S. House of Representatives and the Republican National Committee. Education includes studies at Bates College and Middlesex School.
