Abdulaziz Al-Babtain has held various roles throughout their work experience. ABDULAZIZ started at Ooredoo Kuwait in 2001 as a Senior Analysts, where they managed quality assurance programs and participated in a system migration project. ABDULAZIZ then joined Kuwait Investment Company in 2003 as the Head of the IT Department, where they improved operations and collaborated with other teams to achieve shared objectives.

In 2006, Abdulaziz moved to KMEFIC as the VP of Online Trading, overseeing a trading platform with over 50,000 clients and more than $500 million in assets under management. After five years, they transitioned to Boursa Kuwait as an Assistant Business Consultant, leading a trading team and managing testing and connectivity projects.

Abdulaziz joined FASTtelco in 2012 as the VP of Consumer Sales, implementing market focus shifts and doubling annual sales revenues for home internet services over two years. ABDULAZIZ later became the Chief Operation Officer, optimizing sales and reducing costs to increase profitability. ABDULAZIZ worked on resolving complaints and enhancing customer experience.

In 2016, Abdulaziz returned to Ooredoo Kuwait as the Chief Business Officer, responsible for various business operations. ABDULAZIZ was then promoted to the position of Chief Executive Officer in August 2020.

Abdulaziz Al-Babtain completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) at IMD in 2019. In 2007, they attended The George Washington University School of Business for Information Technology Project Management. ABDULAZIZ received a Bachelor of Science degree in MIS & Business Administration from Portland State University in 2000. Prior to that, Abdulaziz Al-Babtain pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Oregon in 1998. In 1997, they also attended the University of Oregon's American English Institute.
