Nouf al-Mashaan

Nouf Al-Mashaan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic business planning, marketing, and customer care, currently serving as Senior Director of External Affairs at Ooredoo Kuwait since August 2016. In this role, Nouf has developed strategic business plans for the fixed and convergence segment, guided product realization, and monitored commercial operational efficiency. Prior positions include Head of Retail at FASTtelco and Minister's Advisor for strategic planning at the Office of Minister of State for Housing Welfare. As the Founder and General Manager of Talkiclub, Nouf created a unique cultural hub focused on language learning. Nouf's career also includes leadership roles at Zajil Telecom and the establishment of PAPILLON Co., an advertising agency. Nouf holds an MBA from the University of Liverpool and a B.Sc. in Information Technology from the British Open University.
