Rami Aljabi is an experienced technical specialist currently serving as a Senior Technical Specialist in Hosted Managed Services at Ooredoo Kuwait since August 2018, previously holding the role of Senior Executive in Data Center Operations. Responsibilities include providing 24x7 technical support, network performance monitoring, and configuring routers and switches, along with managing VMware Vcenter and Nutanix Prism. Prior to Ooredoo, Rami worked as an RF Engineer with Huawei, focusing on network performance analysis and troubleshooting for the STC Kuwait project.
