Latoya L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2000, they began their career as an intern at IAC. From 2004 to 2007, they worked as a Banking Assistant in the Investment Banking Group at Lehman Brothers/Barclays Capital. Latoya then transitioned to Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide, where they served as an Account Coordinator from 2007 to 2010. Currently, Latoya is employed as the Vice President of Membership at the National Multifamily Housing Council, where they provide strategic direction for membership growth, engagement, and retention.

Latoya L. has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Business Administration from SUNY New Paltz. Additionally, they obtained a Leader's Guide to Social Equity e-Certificate from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance in March 2020.
