Heather Metivier Lee has an extensive work experience in various organizations. Heather is currently serving as the Vice President of Donor Experience at the National MS Society, where they lead key fundraising pillars and provides thought leadership in revenue growth strategies. Prior to this, they held the position of Associate Vice President of Donor Experience, leading efforts to communicate the Society's work and impact and successfully leading funding campaigns. Heather has also worked in roles such as Associate Vice President of Individual Giving Donor Experience, Senior Director of Individual Giving, and Director of Development at the National MS Society. Before joining the National MS Society, they served as the Director of Marketing and Communications at Big City Mountaineers and held multiple positions at Outward Bound USA, including Director of Annual Giving and Alumni Relations and Director of Advancement Data Systems. Heather also has experience working as a Dealer's Assistant at The Pace Gallery LLC and as a Development Coordinator at Anderson Ranch Arts Center.
Heather Metivier Lee obtained a BA in Art History from Hobart and William Smith Colleges between 1998 and 2002. Heather later pursued an MA in Art Business and Connoisseurship from Christie's Education, completing it between 2004 and 2006. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Consultative Sales Facilitation from Baker Communications, Inc.
