Gillian Fordyce

Gillian Fordyce is an experienced ICT professional currently serving as the ICT Business Support Manager at National Museums Scotland since July 2021, while also working as an Independent Celebrant since April 2021. Previously, Gillian held the position of Director at Fordyce IT Consulting and was an IT Project Manager at City Facilities Management Ltd, where responsibilities included leading multi-skilled teams in delivering IT and business change projects. With an extensive background at Sky from 1999 to 2017, roles included Platform & Delivery Manager and Quality Manager, focusing on project delivery and continuous improvement. Earlier career steps involved positions in business intelligence and programming at Edinburgh University and GEC Marconi Avionics.
