Karen O'Connor

Karen O'Connor has been with National Museums Liverpool since September 1996 and currently holds the title of Director of Commercial Enterprises. In this role, Karen is responsible for the strategic and operational management of commercial enterprises within the organization's portfolio and externally as a service provider. Prior to their current position, Karen held various roles within the retail sector, including Deputy Director of Commercial Operations and Head of Retail. Karen has a background in theatre costume and art & design, holding degrees in HND Theatre Costume and a Foundation Diploma in Art & Design.
