Gordon Milligan Obe

Gordon Milligan OBE, FIoD, FCIPD is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and human resources across various sectors. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director at Henry Brothers Ltd and Chair of National Museums NI and The Labour Relations Agency, Milligan also holds the position of Visiting Professor at Ulster University Business School until December 2024. Previous roles include Chair of IoD Northern Ireland and Deputy Group Chief Executive at Translink, where Milligan also served as Director of Human Resources & Organisational Development. With a strong educational background that includes an Executive Leadership degree from Harvard University and an Executive MBA from Coventry University, Milligan has worked with organizations such as Dunbia, Nortel Networks, and BOMBARDIER throughout a distinguished career.
