Pamela Baird has over two decades of experience in market research, planning, and strategic analysis. Pamela started their career as a Psychology Director at McCann-Erickson Belfast in 1997 and later transitioned to the Northern Ireland Tourist Board as a Market Planning & Intelligence Officer. In 2008, they moved to National Museums Northern Ireland, where they held positions as Market Research & Planning Manager and eventually Head of Strategic Research & Planning.

Pamela Baird holds an MSc in Occupational Psychology from Queen's University Belfast. Pamela also attended The Marketers Forum and Wallace High School, with no specified degree or field of study for the latter two.
