Brandon Goodyke has a long and diverse work experience in supply chain management and project management. Brandon started their career at Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant, specializing in supply chain optimization. Brandon then moved to Amway, where they held various roles, including Group Leader, Manager of Supply Chain Planning, and Director of Global Manufacturing Strategy and Manufacturing Operations. During their time at Amway, they implemented initiatives to improve lead times, reduce inventory, and optimize product quality. Brandon also managed a team of salaried leaders and hourly personnel. Most recently, they worked at HADLEY as the Vice President of Global Supply Chain, focused on reducing inventory and improving corporate inventory accuracy. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Supply Chain, Global Sourcing, and Project Management at National Nail Corp.

Brandon Goodyke obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Economics from Hope College between the years 1995 and 1999. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Integrated Management from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business, completing their studies from 2002 to 2004.
