Kaleb Willis has a diverse background in learning and development roles. Kaleb currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development at National Nail Corp. since October 2018. Prior to that, they were a Training Professional at Perrigo Company plc from March 2018 to October 2018. From January 2013 to December 2017, Kaleb was the Senior Manager of Learning and Development at DISYS. Kaleb also worked as a Curriculum Designer at Meijer from January 2012 to January 2013 and as the Training and Development Lead at CDI Professional Services, Ltd. from March 1998 to February 2012.
Kaleb Willis attended Michigan State University from 1993 to 1997, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication.
