Rahul Choraria

Rahul is General Manager Corporate Finance at Enzen Global where he has been successfully leading growth of the organisation through financial innovation and creativity. He has more than 14 years of experience in financial planning, investment advisory, corporate restructuring, inorganic growth strategies, deal negotiations and structuring, and fundraising.

Rahul holds two professional degrees viz. ACA from ICAI and ACMA, CGMA from Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. He also serves as nominee director in several of the Group Companies of Enzen working to improve Corporate Governance standards and provide strategic guidance for the growth of those companies.
