Ashley Parkins

Ashley Parkins is the current Director of Meetings & Events at the National Ocean Industries Association. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate, Events and Tradeshows at API from September 2015 to December 2019. Before that, Ashley was the Event and Outreach Coordinator at the DC Bar from March 2013 to September 2015. Ashley got their start in event management as an Event Management Intern at Georgia State University from June 2010 to September 2010.

Ashley Parkins has a Bachelor of Business Administration from Georgia State University's J. Mack Robinson College of Business, with a focus in Business Management and a minor in Hospitality.

They work with Catherine Brown - Chief Operating Officer, Richard England - Vice President, Government Affairs, and Justin Williams - Vice President, Communications. Ashley Parkins reports to Erik G. Milito, President.
