Blair Englebrecht

Blair Englebrecht is a seasoned policy manager with extensive experience in environmental advocacy and program management. Currently serving as Policy Manager at Puget Soundkeeper since July 2022, Blair has successfully lobbied for significant environmental projects and organized key events such as the 2022 Clean and Abundant Waters Lobby Day. As Boating Programs Manager at Puget Soundkeeper Alliance since August 2019, Blair enhanced the Clean Marina Washington Program by 10% and secured vital funding. At the Canaveral Port Authority, Blair has overseen environmental policy compliance for port projects, conducting over 200 inspections.
