Caroline A. Wilkinson

Caroline A. Wilkinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marine navigation and research. Serving as the Alaska Navigation Manager for NOAA's Office of Coast Survey since July 2015, Caroline collaborates with various stakeholders in the marine transportation system to enhance safe navigation. Previous roles include Operations Officer on NOAA Ship Ronald H. Brown, Biologist with the National Marine Fisheries Service, and Junior Officer aboard NOAA Ship Oscar Dyson. Additionally, Caroline contributed to public safety as a rescue swimmer and recovery diver intern with the Drowning Accident Rescue Team. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology, with a minor in Oceanography, from the University of Michigan.
