National Weather Service: Warning Coordination Meteorologist at NOAA

Charlotte Dewey is a seasoned meteorologist with over 15 years of experience at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Currently serving as the Warning Coordination Meteorologist for the National Weather Service, Charlotte specializes in forecasting weather hazards across the Inland Northwest and the Pacific Northwest. Previous roles include Lead Forecaster and various positions in Utah and Arizona that involved managing complex weather conditions impacting outdoor events and aviation. A participant in several leadership and communication workshops, Charlotte has also contributed to educational initiatives with the Boy Scouts of America and trained in media response during crises. Charlotte holds a B.S. in Meteorology from the University of Northern Colorado.
