Chenyu Lee

Chenyu Lee serves as the Vice Chairman, Board Member, President, and Vice President of the Cheng Kung University Alumni Association of Greater New York since January 2019. At NOAA, Chenyu has held the position of Information Security Management Officer/Senior Security Engineer since March 2017, leading security operations and implementing key security frameworks. As the founder of the Taiwanese in New Jersey Group on Facebook since May 2015, Chenyu fosters community engagement. Previous roles include Lead Security Engineer at Morgan Stanley, Security Engineer & Researcher at the University of North Texas & NSF I/UCRC, and Security Engineer at the Industrial Technology Research Institute. Chenyu holds a PhD in Computer Science from National Chiao Tung University and has extensive experience in teaching and developing curricula in information security and software engineering across multiple universities.
