Gladys Miles

Gladys Miles is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in administrative law and environmental issues. At NOAA: National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration, Gladys has served as an Attorney-Advisor in both the Office of General Counsel for Fisheries and Protected Resources and the Office of the General Counsel for Oceans and Coasts since August 2008. Prior to this, experience includes a tenure with the United States Coast Guard as Managing Attorney-Advisor and Attorney-Advisor in the Office of Chief Administrative Law Judge from January 1997 to August 2008. Additionally, Gladys held a role as Detailee at the National Transportation Safety Board in 1999-2000. Academic credentials include a Juris Doctor from the University of Dayton School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Frostburg State University.
