Jackie Rolleri

Jackie Rolleri serves as the Chief of Staff in the Office of the General Counsel at NOAA, a position held part-time from June 2022 to December 2023, and has previously held various roles including Deputy Chief, Attorney-Advisor, Coastal Management Specialist, and Presidential Management Fellow within the same office. Additionally, Jackie is an Adjunct Professor of Ocean and Coastal Law at Tulane University School of Law Online. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Marine Affairs from the University of Rhode Island, a JD cum laude from Roger Williams University School of Law, and a BA in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Science from Colby College.
