Sean Bath is a seasoned professional in climate adaptation and policy, currently serving as a Scientist and Program Manager for the Climate Adaptation Partnerships at NOAA since February 2022. Prior to this, Bath contributed as a Program Specialist for the RISA program at UCAR and as a Program Analyst for the Climate-Societal Interactions division at NOAA. Additional experience includes working with the US Navy as an Interagency and International Policy Liaison and supporting climate adaptation initiatives through roles at the Carolinas Integrated Sciences & Assessments and the South Carolina Sea Grant Consortium. Bath holds dual master's degrees in Environmental Studies and Public Administration, along with a bachelor's degree in Political Science from the College of Charleston.
