Shaunak Vairagare

Shaunak Vairagare is a seasoned GIS Developer with over a decade of experience in the field. Currently serving as a Senior GIS Developer at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration since June 2012, Shaunak previously worked at the University of Houston from August 2009 to June 2012, focusing on the development of a flood information distribution system utilizing multiple sensor networks. Earlier in career, Shaunak gained expertise as a Software Developer at LocationGuru Solutions Private Limited, with a concentration on Java-based software and LBS platform development from August 2007 to July 2009. Shaunak holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Nagpur University.
