Alex Beaton

Alex Beaton is a seasoned professional in the field of research and development, currently serving as the Research and Development Manager at ClearWater Sensors since November 2020. Previously, Alex held multiple roles at the National Oceanography Centre from April 2012, progressing from Postdoctoral Researcher to Senior Research Technologist. Alex's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Glaciology from the University of Bristol, completed in 2013, and a Master of Physics (MPhys) in Physics from the University of Exeter, obtained in 2007.
