Jen Thomas

Jen Thomas is a seasoned project and programme manager with extensive experience in managing large-scale projects and budgets. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager and Programme Manager at the National Oceanography Centre since November 2014, Jen oversees DST projects and programmes with durations of 3-5 years and budgets exceeding £40 million, collaborating directly with company directors. Prior to this, Jen held roles at Aviva UK, including IT Project Manager, where management of projects around £1 million was conducted within an £8 million annual change budget. Additionally, Jen worked as a Business Change Analyst at Aviva Health, delivering enhancements across various business areas and managing multiple small changes simultaneously. Education was attained at the Surrey Institute of Art & Design, earning a BA Hon's in Graphic Design.
