Javed Akhtar

Javed Akhtar Khan is a seasoned Senior Project/Process Engineer currently employed by the National Oil Corporation of Libya, where responsibilities include overseeing significant projects in the energy sector, such as the WOC Crude Oil Pipeline FEED Project and the NOO-North Hamada Field Development. Prior experience includes roles as Sr. Project Engineer at Aramco, contributing to the Jazan Refinery Project, and positions at Shell Energy, Saipem, RRP, Eni Oil Company, KBR, and Hatch Energy, focusing on project engineering and process development across numerous high-capacity oil and gas projects. Javed obtained a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from Dalhousie University, supplemented by a Bachelor's degree from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore.
