Neeta Kotecha

Neeta Kotecha, MBA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management, budgeting, and accounting operations. Currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at the National Organization for Rare Disorders since October 2022, Neeta previously held the role of Senior Director of Finance at the YMCA of Greater Boston from 2021 to October 2022. Neeta's career at American Student Assistance spanned from 1993 to 2020, where roles included Corporate Financial Controller, Director of Financial Planning, Budgeting and Analysis, Budget Manager, and Accounting Manager, showcasing a progressive career in financial leadership.
