The Training and Development Team at the National Organization of Romanian Scouts is dedicated to enhancing the skills and knowledge of both youth and adult leaders within the organization. They design and implement training programs, workshops, and educational resources that foster personal growth, leadership development, and effective teaching methods, all aimed at creating a better world through empowered scouts.
