Ioana Ianus

Ioana Ianus is a Training and People Development Specialist at DRÄXLMAIER Group since December 2021. Prior to this, Ioana worked as a Senior Trainer at the National Organization of Romanian Scouts since January 2010. Ioana also has experience as a Qualitative Researcher at Ipsos from January 2016 to December 2021 and as a Researcher at Amrop from March 2012 to January 2014. Ioana holds a Master's degree in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Bucharest, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field. Ioana's expertise lies in designing and implementing trainings for adults, project management, and conducting qualitative research.
