Christian F. Nunes has extensive experience in various roles within the social work and counseling field. They are currently serving as the National President of the National Organization for Women since August 2020, after holding the position of National Vice President from May 2019 to August 2020. In 2006, they founded Wholistic Counseling & Wellness Alternatives, LLC., a counseling, education, and consulting company focused on wellness and personal growth. Christian also worked as an Adjunct Faculty at the University of Phoenix from April 2011 to March 2015. They have previous experience as a Clinical Case Manager at Banner Health from 2007 to 2010, a Prevention Specialist at Osborn School District from February 2005 to May 2007, and a Therapist at Southwest Behavioral Health Services from October 2002 to February 2005.
Christian F. Nunes obtained a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Northern Arizona University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Subsequently, Nunes pursued a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University, attending from 2001 to 2002. Later, they further advanced their education by obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Phoenix, completing their studies in 2013.
