Tameka Porte

Tameka Porte currently serves as the Vice President of National Philanthropy at Reading Partners since December 2024 and is a Board Member at Business Consortium Fund since February 2022. Previously, Tameka held the position of Director of Development at Momentus Capital from September 2020 to September 2024, where significant initiatives included a $21M program supported by Amazon for real estate developers of color. Tameka also worked as the Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations at Echoing Green from May 2019 to September 2020, successfully managing a $6M fundraising revenue and engaging employees through strategic partnerships. As a co-founder of the Prom Dream Team Project from June 2012 to January 2020, Tameka contributed to community-focused initiatives. Tameka holds a Master's of Science in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University at Buffalo.
