Ben Toland

Ben Toland is the President of Toland Associates and has extensive leadership experience in the outdoor education and product design sector. Ben has served on the Golden Gate Board of NatureBridge since July 2004, and has been a member of the Advisory Council for the National Outdoor Leadership School since June 2001. Prior to these roles, Ben worked as a Senior Consultant at Bain & Company from 1987 to 1989 and held the position of Director of Marketing & Product Development at Sierra Designs, Inc. from 1983 to 1986, specializing in outdoor products. Ben's career began as Assistant Director at the National Outdoor Leadership School from 1978 to 1982. Ben holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA from Bowdoin College.
