Daniel Dunne

Wilderness Medicine Faculty Instructor at NATIONAL OUTDOOR LEADERSHIP SCHOOL

Daniel Dunne is an experienced outdoor program manager currently serving at the University of Wisconsin-Madison since August 2021, while also functioning as a faculty instructor in wilderness medicine for NOLS Wilderness Medicine since November 2019. Their extensive background includes leadership roles at NOLS since 2008, where Daniel has designed and led educational expeditions in high-risk wilderness environments and managed operations for custom leadership courses. Daniel has significant event planning experience, having directed and organized Wilderness Risk Management Conferences in 2008 and 2009. Additionally, Thomas has a solid educational background with a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Kansas.
