Zach Taylor is an experienced outdoor educator and leader with a comprehensive background in wilderness medicine and experiential learning. Currently serving as an Instructor at NOLS Wilderness Medicine and a Field Instructor at NOLS since 2019, Zach specializes in teaching leadership theory, environmental studies, and outdoor skills on extended expeditions across diverse wilderness areas. Zach also holds a program leadership position with Envoys and has previously worked in various roles, including sales and guiding. With a Master of Arts in Leadership from Saybrook University and certifications as a Wilderness First Responder and Leave No Trace Master Educator, Zach is recognized for contributions to advanced leadership development and has received the NOLS Instructor Merit Award for multiple years.
