GYAN KC is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in various sectors, including law, education, and community development. Currently serving as a self-employed paralegal and notary at National Paralegal & Notary since February 2018, GYAN specializes in immigration and civil law. As the Chief Executive Officer of World Links Computer Academy since March 2008, GYAN has focused on providing IT literacy training to rural youth and low-income individuals. Previously, from August 2004 to November 2015, GYAN was the Managing Director of Manakamana Khadya Bhandar, where responsibilities included supplying groceries wholesale and training retailers for business expansion. GYAN also founded Shree Baljyoti Community Academy in February 1987 and served as its Principal until April 2006, with a mission centered on community development and educational excellence. GYAN holds multiple law degrees, including a recent paralegal certification from Pace University in 2018, a Bachelor of Laws from PFSC (2013-2014), and an earlier Bachelor of Laws focused on international politics and company law from Kathmandu School of Law (1996-1998).
