Morgan Smith is a skilled professional with extensive experience in interpretation, education, and visitor services within national parks. Currently serving as a Digital Interpretation and Education Strategist for the National Park Service since October 2022, Morgan develops strategic approaches to enhance digital experiences for visitors. Previous roles include Manager of Visitor Services at San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park from July 2013 to February 2023, and Chief of Interpretation, Outreach and Education for various historical sites from July 2009 to July 2013. Morgan began a career at Statue of Liberty/Ellis Island National Park as a Park Ranger/Supervisory Ranger from July 2004 to 2009. Academic credentials include a Master's Degree in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor's degree in Art History and Art Administration from College of Charleston.
