Mike Dillinger

Mike Dillinger, NACD.DC, CCGP, CIPP/US, currently serves as the Assistant Vice President of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and Strategic Programs at USAA, focusing on enhancing economic goodwill for one of the most admired banks in the US. Dillinger holds positions on the Board of Trustees for the National Park Trust and as an Ambassador with the Association of Corporate Counsel, where contributions include moderating leadership programs and serving as Chapter President. As Chair of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Section Council with the State Bar of Texas, Dillinger influences key legal initiatives. Additionally, Dillinger has a military background in the US Air Force Reserve as a JAG, and previous experience as Vice President of Sustainability at NuStar Energy L.P., alongside roles in the United States Air Force and as a Supreme Court Law Clerk in North Dakota. Educational qualifications include multiple Master of Laws degrees from Baylor University School of Law and The George Washington University Law School, as well as a Juris Doctorate from the University of North Dakota.
