Sarah Mesick is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program development and community organizing. As the Senior Director of Programs at the National Partnership for New Americans since August 2015, Sarah has led various initiatives to support immigrant communities. Previously, Sarah worked as a Community Organizer at the Southwest Organizing Project for over six years, where skills in grassroots mobilization were honed. Sarah's early career includes a fellowship at the Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights, where significant contributions were made to a voter registration campaign that resulted in over 1,200 registrations. In addition, Sarah served as an Adult Education Instructor at Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio. Academically, Sarah holds a Master of Social Work from Loyola University Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Spanish Studies from the University of Minnesota.
