Ketan Patel

Ketan Patel is an experienced leader in user experience and design, currently serving as the Director of User Experience at Pens.com since May 2024. With a strong foundation as the founder and Chief Creative of Pure Cyan Design Labs since 2005, Ketan has a proven track record in fostering client relationships and overseeing end-to-end design processes. Previous roles include Director of User Experience at Custom Ink and CPAP, where Ketan developed human-centered design strategies and managed cross-functional teams. Ketan's expertise spans various industries, with notable positions at USAA, AT&T, and Marca Strategic, demonstrating a commitment to user-centered design and creative leadership. Ketan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin.
