Yevgeniy Feyman

Yevgeniy Feyman currently serves as the Senior Director of Research at the National Pharmaceutical Council and holds the position of Associate Editor at Health Affairs Scholar. Previously, Yevgeniy worked as an Economist at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, focusing on economic analysis related to Medicare Advantage and prescription drug pricing. Prior experience includes roles as an Analyst/Researcher at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, a Data Analyst Consultant at Novocardia, and positions at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and the Manhattan Institute, where Yevgeniy conducted research and analysis on health policy issues. Yevgeniy holds a PhD in Health Services Research from Boston University School of Public Health and a BA from Hunter College.
