Eddie Edenfield

Eddie Edenfield has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Eddie is currently serving as the VP of Technology Software at National Philanthropic Trust. Prior to this role, they worked as the CRM Application Development Manager at the same company. Before joining National Philanthropic Trust, Eddie worked at Broughton Partners, where they held the positions of Application Developer and Vice President Operations. At Broughton Partners, they implemented various software solutions, including AWS services, Salesforce Apex/Lightning, and DocuSign, to automate business processes and improve lead generation. Eddie also incorporated conversational SMS AI, established metrics for measuring touchpoint effectiveness, and implemented Pardot in lead flow. Eddie's previous experience includes working as an Enterprise Application Developer at Savannah College of Art and Design, CTO and co-founder at Open Angler, and Technical Director of Interactive Media at Savannah College of Art and Design. Eddie led the redesign and implementation of a CMS for the college's website, resulting in increased applications and winning a webby award. Prior to that, Eddie worked at McClatchy Newspapers and KUCB-FM in various roles, including Web Developer, Online Editor, and General Manager. Eddie Edenfield attended New Mexico State University from 1999 to 2004, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism & Mass Communications. In terms of additional certifications, Eddie obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator certification from Salesforce in March 2021 and the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2020.
