Prior to this role, Richard held various positions at Morgan Stanley from August 2006 to March 2024, including Vice President and Director in Business Enablement for Financing Operations, where responsibilities encompassed custody relationship management, project management, and middle office functions related to collateral management and trade support. Richard began the career with an industrial placement at Morgan Stanley after completing a Bachelor of Science (BSc) (Hons) in Business Studies at Cass Business School from 2004 to 2008.
