Laurie Lane

Laurie Lane is the Chorale Personnel Manager as well as Executive Assistant to the President, Jim Kelly. As the Chorale Personnel manager, Laurie works closely with Maestro Stan Engebretson and Assistant Conductor, Rebecca Bryant Novak to support the logistical operations of the choir and serves as a liaison between the administrative staff and musicians. In her role as Executive Assistant, she coordinates schedules, meetings and also serves as a production assistant to the Artistic Operations Manager, Kyle Shick. Laurie is a soprano in the chorus and has been a section leader and soloist with various churches and organizations in the DMV. She sang the Beethoven 9th with a 200 voice choir for the opening of the Kennedy Center’s, The Reach, and has performed Mozart in the Salzburg Dom and most recently, the Amalfi Festival in Italy. Laurie is a proud graduate of Texas Tech University and Peabody Institute of John’s Hopkins having majored in Voice Performance. She is Executive Director of Potomac Soccer Association. She serves on several charitable Boards and committees both in soccer and the arts.
