Douglas Taylor

Douglas Taylor is a seasoned project management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) since October 2019, Taylor previously spent over three decades at BT, where responsibilities included managing security projects, overseeing cost reduction initiatives, and leading service delivery improvements. Additional experience includes the role of Logistics Manager at Glaxo Smith Kline in the early 1980s. Taylor holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Heriot-Watt University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Stirling.
