John Dawkins

John Dawkins has a diverse work experience in various engineering and project management roles. john started their career in 1995 as a Graduate Engineer at Alstom Power UK and later worked as an Analytical Engineer. In 2000, they joined General Electric Aircraft Engines as an Engineer. In 2002, they joined QinetiQ where they served in various positions including Senior Engineer, Senior Project Manager (Aerospace - Structures), and Senior Project Manager (Aerospace - Aircrew Systems). In 2017, they moved to the National Physical Laboratory (NPL) as a Senior Project Manager and Portfolio Lead, managing metrology research projects and leading a team of project managers.

John Dawkins has a Master of Science (MSc) in Engineering Mechanics from Cranfield University. john also holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors (BEng(Hons)) in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Manchester. Additionally, they have obtained the APM Practitioner Qualification from the Association for Project Management.
