Jessica Ellefritz has extensive experience in law enforcement and customer service, currently serving as CGIC Supervisor at Phoenix Police Department since September 2018. In addition, Jessica has held roles as a Contractor - Subject Matter Expert for both the Institute for Intergovernmental Research and the National Policing Institute since late 2022 and early 2023, respectively. Jessica's prior experience includes roles such as Police Research Supervisor and Intelligence Analyst at Phoenix Police Department, where responsibilities encompassed crime gun intelligence programs and critical death investigations. Additional experience includes managing customer service at the City of Phoenix’s Water Services Department and providing customer service and sales supervision at OfficeMax and Harkins Theatres. Jessica earned a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Arizona State University.
