Mike Hatch

Mike Hatch is a seasoned professional in public administration and law enforcement with extensive experience in crisis response and program management. Currently serving as a Senior Program Manager II at the National Policing Institute since August 2023, Mike also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at Crisis Response Consulting LLC. Previous roles include Senior Project Associate at Policy Research Associates, Inc. and Director of Crisis Services / CIT Coordinator at the Mental Health Association of the Southern Tier. Mike's law enforcement background includes significant positions with the Johnson City Police Department and the Town Of Southport Police. Academically, Mike holds a Master of Public Administration from Binghamton University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Keuka College, along with an Associate of Arts and Sciences from Corning Community College.
